WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY FOR YOUR BACKPACKS, CASES AND POWER?

We give a one year warranty against all manufacturer defects. Any normal wear and tear is not covered.

DOES THE MOAB CASE WORK WITH WIRELESS CHARGING?

Yes it does.

DO OTHER BANDS WORK WITH THE MOAB WATCH CASE + BAND?

No. The Moab watch case band is connected to the case and does not allow other bands to work with the case.

Shipping

Shipping

At Lander we strive to provide you with the best service possible. Part of this service is making sure you receive your order quickly and efficiently. Most orders ship in one business day Monday through Friday, as long as the product you ordered is in stock. In most cases, we have product in stock and ready to be shipped. However, in rare situations, if the product you ordered is momentarily out of stock, your order will be shipped as soon as the product is available.

We use USPS as our primary carrier for all orders.

For a limited time, we offer FREE SHIPPING (within the United States only) via USPS on all orders.

Once you have added an item to your cart, you will see all the available shipping options and shipping costs to your destination.

DAILY SHIPPING CUTOFF

The daily shipping cutoff is 11:00 AM ET Monday through Friday for all shipping services. This allows for your order to be processed, packaged and ready to ship.

Holiday Shipping - Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will not ship until the next Lander business day. We are not shipping on Christmas Day and 12/26.

ORDERS WITH BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

Orders are held until they can ship complete. If your order contains back ordered items, we strive to provide the best estimated ship date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping fees will be calculated once items have been added to your cart. International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping via USPS First Class Mail International may take up to 30 business days for delivery. Lander is not liable for lost shipments with USPS First Class Mail International. If you need a trackable, expedited shipping method, please choose one of our other shipping options.

International orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail International will take up to 3 days for processing.

The tracking number provided in the order confirmation email for International USPS First Class Mail International shipments is solely used for package identification, not for tracking.

We ship Monday through Friday except for the following days:

New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday
Washington's Birthday (President's Day)
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day Monday
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

FRAUD PROTECTION

We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.

Return Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Items must be purchased from lander.com.
• Items must be returned within 30 days and include all packaging and contents.
• Orders over 10 units are not eligible for returns.
• Returned orders must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before the order is returned to Lander.
• Please include all used and unused products to receive refund.
• We do not refund shipping costs in either direction.
• Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed.
• During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other major promotional sale days, we cannot apply larger discounts retroactively.
• If you made a purchase and a larger discount was offered after your purchase, we cannot apply the larger discount to a previous order.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact Customer Success within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Please provide your name, order number, the item name, quantity, and the reason for your return.
3. You will receive an email from Lander Customer Success with your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
4. You must write this number clearly and prominently on the outside of the package you will be sending to us. This is how we identify your return.

Failure to provide us with the RMA number will result in an automatic $10 fee being deducted from the refund amount and possible refusal of the return.

We HIGHLY recommend adding a tracking or delivery confirmation number to your return, ensuring your package was delivered to Lander.

Once your return is received and processed by us, we will refund the credit card used to place the order, minus any shipping charges incurred with the original order. You will be notified via email when your refund has been issued. The credit usually appears within 3-5 business days, depending on how long it takes the credit card company to process the refund. Your credit card issuer does not notify us when the credit is refunded to your account. This information must be requested from the credit card company.
